Goverment help not getting it.

I filed in Florida after my Emergency benefits expired in sept. 2008 I went on to my Regular unemployment was not getting my checks on time when I had them direct deposited. now after dec 15 2008 I got no response after the last claim I did it says "you have no weeks to claim" its now jan. 8th 2009 and it still says the same thing I tried calling 850-921-3475 phone just rang off the hook for more then an hour I was washing my clothe and washing the dishesand when I came back to the phone still was ringing. I mean my god is there someone taking calls in these downsized offices feels like a great depression to me. oh and let me say that I called since 12-15-2008 to now jan 8 2009 this number 1-800-204-2418 and all I get is a busy signal every hour I call various times a day just busy BUSY BUSY no ones helping us here so wheres the help I need to pay my mortgage,my light you name it I even sent them a list of the jobs ive been applying for. showing that i'm looking for work on top of the career builder and the other internet job site and also walk in jobs I need money to pay for gas and bills and this is the tip of the ice burg thatt i'm hitting now I also have a medical condition that know one wants to look at, i've applied for medicade since sept 2008 I have myself my wife and my 3 kids that i've applied for sent in the information that was requested more then 4 times to the same caseworker when I check my status it said we were denied then a letter came asking for the same information I went to the state department of Florida Childrens and Family here were I live I was astonished that a large facility like this with your tax dollars is being used and has one small office to handle all this with one person that comes out to help you and then tells you we'll take care of it for you we'll fax it to them ,"what after I faxed it like 10 times" I told her she said this is a different fax --"hello then why dont I get that number on my letter they send"so then no response from the case worker of which I posted for a supervisor to call me and left like 5 messages on 941-316-6114what the heck is going on in this system ,tough times just got tougher. we need to unite or their has to be a complaint department. thats just the middle of the iceburg I just got back from the emergency no-insurence had an stone in my appendix they wouldnt take out at the doctors hospital they let me go still I have the mild pain and then they send me a bill for $6,000 stating If I wanted to make that in two payments. that proposterious!! well thats my story God bless America I hope she can get back on her feet cause shes is hurting bad.
